Politicians meet scientists to foster evidence based policy making
From 5-7 February, the Panel for the Future of Science and Technology (STOA) organises several events where Members of the Parliament and Scientists get to know each other and enter into a dialogue. This week marks the start of a pilot project to broaden the scope of their Science meets Parliament initiative to national parliaments and regions. Read more about it at the European Parliament's website .

On 4 September, I discussed how the Ethical Impact Assessment methodology could be adapted to different types of research with societal impacts, during the Symposium on Societal Impact of Research at the UMCG in Groningen. This was the latest edition of Dutch Impact Alliance Live. Download my presentation here .
